　　My name is Wendy Gu. After graduated from East China Normal University, I have been involved teaching English for several years. As an English teacher at Zhikang.., the courses I have taught currently include: Family Album USA, AQA, Passages, Star Oral and written English, etc. Besides English knowledge, I believe in English Institution that other abilities of the students', such as the sprit of teamwork, efficiency and responsibility, need to be taught by teachers. Since students differ in ages and personalities, I always pay attention to a combination of praise and criticism. Balanced praise and criticism can arouse the learning enthusiasm of the students. It is said that "There are no students who cannot be taught well but teachers who cannot teach well." For me, I believe where there is a will, there is a way.
