M: Yes, please. I would like to buy some flowers for my mother. Tomorrow is her birthday.

W: What kind of flowers would you like?

M: Do you have any suggestions?

W: I suggest you buy some red carnations.

M: That would be nice. But I don’t know how many I should buy. W: How about ten? That means you show your best wishes for great happiness.

M: Wow. That sounds nice. How much are they?

W: Two dollars each.

M: Sounds fine. Ten red carnations then.

W: OK, ten red carnations, that would be 20 dollars.

M: No problem. I will pay online.

W: Great! May I have your name, sir?

M: Sure. Dennis Smith. D-E-N-N-I-S, Dennis, S-M-I-T-H, Smith.

2、對常見話題下的詞匯和句型進行歸類。

例如：月份名稱、星期名稱、常用人名、四季名稱、常見國家、常見節(jié)日、常見地名等等。

陳述句改為感嘆句

感嘆句由感嘆詞what或how引導，其具體結構如下：

（1）What + a / an + adj. +可數名詞的單數形式（+主語+謂語）！

（2） What + adj. +可數名詞的復數形式/不可數名詞（+主語+謂語）！

（3） How + adj. + a / an +可數名詞的單數形式（+主語+謂語）！

（4） How + adj. / adv.（+主語+謂語）！

【典例11】 The cat made an awful mess in the house. （改為感嘆句）

【解題思路】句意為：在這個房子里這只貓弄得多么糟糕��！修飾名詞用what；mess是單數名詞，并且awful以元音因素開頭，故用an。

【典例12】 It rained heavily yesterday morning. （改為感嘆句）

【解題思路】句意為：昨天上午雨下得多么大�。⌒揎椥稳菰~用how。該句結構為：How + adj. +主語+謂語！
