As the summer vacation came, I felt so excited, because my mother had applied a job for me. I would work in a printing shop. This was my first job and it was a good chance for me to gain experience. Though my work was not that important, I took it seriously. Firstly, the boss let me do the cleaning work. I felt so lost because I had prepared to help the clients. But I could learn how to do the print work when others using the machine. When the boss taught me to use the machine, I learned very quickly and to be said as clever. Though I did not get much salary, I felt so proud of myself, because I created the value and proved myself. What's more, the basic work in the office was so easy for me. I gained skills.
暑假就要來了，我很興奮，因為我媽媽幫我申請一份工作。我將在打印店工作。這是我的先進份工作，是一個積累經(jīng)驗的好機會。雖然我的工作并不是那么重要，但我都很認真對待。起初，老板讓我做清潔工作，我感到失落，因為我已經(jīng)準備好去幫助客戶了。不過我可以在其他人使用機器時學習如何做印刷工作。當老板教我使用機器時，我學得很快，他還夸我聰明。雖然我的報酬不高，但是我感到很自豪，因為我創(chuàng)造了價值，證明了自己。更重要的是，我可以勝任辦公室的基本工作。我學到了技能。

For the old generation, they believe that thrift is a virtue and have been educating their offspring to keep these words all the time. Indeed, thrift can help people not to waste the resources and let more people have the chance to share it. But sometimes over thrift is not favored by the young generation. Take my parents for example. They have gone through the hard time, so they save every cent they can. When we go shopping, my mother always hesitates to buy more food, because she wants to taste different flavor, but she is very struggling to pay the bill. In my opinion, money is used to improve people's life, besides the basic needs, we also need to find amusement. The old generation only chases the former while ignore the latter. Money deserves to be spent on finding amusement.
對于老一代來說，他們認為節(jié)儉是一種美德，并且教育后代要謹記這些話。事實上，節(jié)儉可以幫助人們不浪費資源，讓更多的人有機會分享它。但有時過度節(jié)儉不受年輕一代的青睞。以我的父母為例。他們經(jīng)歷過艱難時候，所以他們會把每一分錢都節(jié)省下來。我們?nèi)ベ徫锏臅r候，我媽媽總是猶豫要不要多買一點的食物，因為她想品嘗不同的味道，但她卻在買單的時候顯得非常糾結(jié)。在我看來，錢是用來改善生活的，除了基本需求之外，我們還需要娛樂。老一代只追逐前者而忽視了后者。在娛樂方面花的錢是值得的。

Everybody must have argument with their parents sometimes, because when people stay with each other for a long time, it is inevitable for them to have argument. For me, when I am in bad mood, I don't want to talk to my parents, especially when my mother keeps babbling. I will be angry and shout at her. I will feel guilty and say sorry when I calm down. I understand it is none of my mother's business. I should not let her feel sad. This situation happens in most people. They leave the bad temper to the persons who really love them, while keeping the good attitude to the strangers. Our parents and genuine friends will not leave us no matter what happens and they support us all the time, so they deserve our love and respect. The wise person will be nice to the close people.
每個人都會有和父母有爭吵的時候，因為當人們呆在一起很長一段時間后，不可避免會發(fā)生爭論。對我來說，當我心情不好的時候，我不想和我的父母說話，特別是我媽媽還老是在嘮叨我就會生氣，對她大喊。當我冷靜下來時，我會感到內(nèi)疚，會跟她道歉，我知道這不關(guān)我媽媽的事，我不應(yīng)該讓她傷心。這種情況在大多數(shù)人的身上都發(fā)生過，他們把壞脾氣留給真正愛他們的人，而面對陌生人時卻保持良好的態(tài)度。不管發(fā)生什么，我們的父母和真正的朋友是不會離開我們的，他們總是支持我們，所以他們應(yīng)該得到我們的愛和尊重。明智的人會對親近的人友好。
